Inside the Enolitech pavilion we presented Wineability, our application solution that offers a complete system for managing cellar operations and bottle traceability. Giulio Barzanò, guide of the Franciacorta winery Il Mosnel, was an exceptional testimonial for Wineability and a concrete and reliable reference for the participating wineries.
The mandatory nutrition labelling on wine bottles, with indication of calories and ingredients, has been in force since 8 December for all ready-to-bottle and registered product. Those who do not comply will incur penalties because they violate European Regulation 2021/2117.
